I wonder who’s idea this is? Is it written in the screenplay? Does the actor suggest it to the actress? The director?
I’d love to have enough clout on set or production to be like, “Emma, how do you feel if someone playfully grasps your nipple? It’s true to the characters and their bond you know, the real extra step to drive the story and sell these characters’ relationship.”
Or was it a whittled down negotiation with her agent and the executive producers and director being like. “OK, she’s not down for full grope on bare skin with pasties, but if its a nipple pinch over clothing she’s in for $50….no $75K extra.” Or whatever fair market value is for a SAG-AFTRA actress in tiers of filmed sexuality.
